I have been trying this since 31st December and so far I think its going okay. I have missed a day or so but on the whole its good. You take 15-20 drops in a little water ( smells and tastes bad, but not too bad, and its well worth it if it stops these lovely global warming moments...in the middle of a snow outbreak in Jan).

I have noticed a difference (especially when I forget a day) so hopefully it keeps working cos I just haven't managed to banish the hot flushes even on medication!

Anyone else find anything that helps hot flushes?

An quick update for those interested...well, little by little I actually have stopped taking this. I find it hard to keep up with it daily and absolutely forgot I was meant to until I looked into the cupboard and saw it there..oops!!

Most POFers get them and can tell you that they're a REAL PAIN! When the odd time that I'd get them came around I found that drinking something helped. A glass of water, some juice even pop helped. When you feel the hot flash wash over you squish it with a nice cool refreshing tall glass of water. There are no for guarantees that this will work but regardless I wanted to share it.
